- You must attend a meeting to become registered as a TASO referee
- Any referee that has been a high school referee before and has set out last season will have to pay a $25 reinstatement fee (TASO State rule)
- Any late registration (Registration must be in to the state office by December 1, 2008) will incur a $25 fee
- New referees will receive a book and badge at the meeting after dues are paid
- All past due amounts must be cleared up before registration for the 2009 season can commence (including past due assignor's fees). Mail payments to:

- If are you a new referee please go to this web site and fill out a vendor number request for Dallas ISD. You must have this before you can get paid. It takes 2-3 weeks for processing. Take care of it early. DISD Vendor #
- Most schools are requiring a W-9 form now for payment. Some stadiums will not tell you this and it will delay your payment weeks as most schools only pay twice a month. It is recommended that you give a W-9 to each school district to ensure prompt payment. Download from here. fw9.pdf
